Cinnamon spice and everything nice, this Cocktail Friday features Portland Syrup’s Bright Chai flavor perfectly complemented with a cinnamon sugar rim and the sweet kick of brandy. Huge shout out to Brendon Gliddens-Smith at Fox Trail Distillery here in Rogers for this delicious recipe!


SERVING SIZE:// 1 cocktail



  • 3/4 oz lemon
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz chai Portland syrup


  1.  Run lemon peel around rim, and coat rim in cinnamon sugar. 
  2. Combine lemon and chai syrup at the bottom of the glass, add your brandy and gin.
  3. Fill with champagne.
  4. Optional, add lemon zest on top.
