Cinnamon spice and everything nice, this Cocktail Friday features Portland Syrup’s Bright Chai flavor perfectly complemented with a cinnamon sugar rim and the sweet kick of brandy. Huge shout out to Brendon Gliddens-Smith at Fox Trail Distillery here in Rogers for this delicious recipe!

SERVING SIZE:// 1 cocktail
- 3/4 oz lemon
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz chai Portland syrup
- Run lemon peel around rim, and coat rim in cinnamon sugar.
- Combine lemon and chai syrup at the bottom of the glass, add your brandy and gin.
- Fill with champagne.
- Optional, add lemon zest on top.
