The end of summer calls for something just a little tangy, with a little bite, like the cool mornings before the hot afternoons roll in. This cocktail has the perfect amount of acidity from the raspberries, froth from the egg white, and sweetness from the honey.

SERVING SIZE:// 1 cocktail
- Raspberries (fresh if available, they should be ready for picking through October)
- 3 teaspoons Honey
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 Egg White
- Add the raspberries to the shaker and muddle to release their juice.
- Add the gin, the honey, and the egg white.
- Add ice, then shake.
- Add fresh ice to a highball glass, and the contents of the shaker in. Add additional raspberries as garnish and enjoy!
