Dandy Roll is hiring a part-time weekend sales associate and you should absolutely apply.

What you’ll be doing (a.k.a. what you’ll be great at):

  • Delivering genuinely warm customer service (and answering our most-asked question: “Where should we eat?”)
  • Multitasking like a pro (yes, this includes petting dogs while merchandising)
  • Running the front of the shop: register, cash handling, and keeping things moving smoothly
  • Helping customers find products they actually love because you know everything there is to know about antique prints, sassy stickers and stationery
  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Processing new inventory and jumping in to fill the gaps wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers
  • A self-starter who can stay on task without being micromanaged
  • Strong customer service instincts
  • Ability to follow systems and procedures
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Retail or Shopify experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
  • $13/hour
  • Education: High school or equivalent
